Submission of Abstracts
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Use “sentence case” for titles; please capitalize only the first word of your title
- Capitalize scientific terms as appropriate
- Abstract Submissions should be max 250 words
- Tables and/or figures are not allowed
- Enter all author names, but please select a presenting author
- When choosing presentation format, please be aware that this will be taken into account when assigning results
- Please ensure that the email provided when submitting the abstract will still be valid when the author notification is emailed during August (tentatively)

- Payloads and Mechanisms of Action
- Combination Therapies
- Novel Viral Platforms
- Clinical Trials
Travel Award
The organizing committee will select 10 presenters of the ¥100,000 Travel Award from among the applicants.
- Traveling from overseas to attend the conference in person.
- Have already completed registration and payment for in-person participation.
- Applicant must not be faculty member of academia.
- If applicant is other than academia, he/she must be 45 years of age or under on the day of the conference.
